When Staysure Group purchased Avanti travel insurance, they tasked Founded with developing a strategic positioning, Founding Idea and brand world for Avanti that would not only resonate with new customers but also complement Staysure’s existing offering.
Our insight work told us that for customers with pre-existing medical conditions, the insurance category too often induces anxiety and there was an opportunity for a brand to build trust by offering more guidance and support to people buying policies. Our new work promises to give Avanti customers total peace of mind – something we call “Travel Reassurance.”
