When Staysure Group purchased Avanti travel insurance, they tasked Iris with developing a strategic positioning, creative platform and brand world for Avanti that would not only resonate with new customers but also complement Staysure’s existing offering.

Our insight work told us that for customers with pre-existing medical conditions, the insurance category too often induces anxiety and there was an opportunity for a brand to build trust by offering more guidance and support to people buying policies. Our new work promises to give Avanti customers total peace of mind - something we call “Travel Reassurance.”

Launch campaign

The new launch campaign features two characters, Martha and Arthur, who we see enjoying their holidays in a range of different travel scenarios. Whether it’s eating ice-cream, floating in the pool or exploring on Segways, our new brand shows consumers that Avanti travel insurance is always there … no matter where your holiday takes you.

The integrated campaign launched with national print, online, digital, social, direct mail and a shiny new website experience.
